First Annual IEEE International Conference

The first annual IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering (QCE20) has  accepted for inclusion 2 papers authored by Quantropi Co-Founder & CSO Dr. Randy Kuang, and CTO Dr. Nicolas Bettenburg: “Shannon Perfect Secrecy In a Discrete Hilbert Space” and “Quantum Public Key Distribution using Randomized Glauber States”. Greg Byrd, Program Chair, QCE20, was pleased to report news of the acceptance to Quantropi. Both papers were submitted in the category of “New Ideas and Emergent Results (NIER)”. NIER papers are dedicated to describing novel and promising ideas and/or techniques (for QCE20, in the area of quantum technologies) that are in an early stage of development.

Quantropi Selected as Finalist for Berlin Falling Walls

Quantropi is pleased and honoured to have been selected as a finalist for the Falling Walls Breakthrough of the Year 2020 in the category Science Start-Ups. CSO & Co-founder Dr. Randy Kuang describes the breakthrough in question as “breaking the wall between our increasingly vulnerable classical internet and the coming secure quantum internet.”
